Credit Suisse global head of commodities leaves

An industry source has confirmed to Energy Risk that Adam Knight, who was appointed co-head of global commodities of Credit Suisse in October 2007, has left the firm. A replacement has not yet been found or confirmed.

This comes one week after the end of the bank's agreement with Swiss-based Glencore.

Knight joined the bank in April 2007 from Goldman Sachs, where he was a managing director and head of global metals trading. He was promoted six months later to co-head of global commodities
