First, please check your junk folder. If the email is not in your junk folder and you still haven’t received a ‘reset password’ email after two minutes, please reach out to our customer services via this form.
If you are still not receiving emails from Energy Risk this can be down to the security settings at your organisation. To fix this, the IT department at your organisation will need to add Energy Risk to your whitelist. All the details needed for Energy Risk to be whitelisted can be found here.
Once you fill in the registration form you will receive an email with an activation link. This link is valid for 48 hours - as soon as you click on it your access will begin.
Please check your junk folder and make sure you have entered your email correctly. If you still haven’t received an activation email after 30 minutes, please reach out to our customer services via this contact us form.
