5% salary growth continues for energy risk execs
Salaries and total compensation for risk professionals at energy companies continued to grow at an average of 5% last year over the previous year, according to the latest Professional Compensation Survey.
The survey, carried out by management executive search firm Risk Talent Associates, reports that in 2005, cash bonuses stayed at 33-35% of total compensation for senior positions such as vice president, managing director and chief risk officer, and 13-17% for junior to mid-level positions such
