BOARD APPOINTED AT RWE SUPPLY & TRADING
German utility RWE has merged its energy trading and gas midstream operations to create RWE Supply & Trading. The merged entity will begin operations in April 2008, and will be headed by RWE Trading's CEO Peter Terium, who will be joined by three further board members: Bernhard Guenther has been appointed chief financial officer, Stefan Judisch as chief commercial officer (supply) and Peter Kreuzberg as chief commercial officer (trading).
