Markit launches CER success rate indexes
Financial information services company Markit has launched a series of CER success rate indexes to track the performance of Certified Emissions Reduction (CER) projects.
The indexes measure how CER projects are performing over a 24-month rolling period compared with the targets stated in their Project Design Document, the key document involved in the validation and registration of Clean Development Mechanism projects.
