Energy markets are top EU priority says EC's Lowe

The European Commission's director-general for energy, Philip Lowe, has tried to reassure Europe's energy risk managers that the EC does not want any of the impending financial and energy markets legislation to hinder the progress of the still-relatively illiquid energy markets.
