More change is on the cards for energy trading in 2012, according to David Peniket, president and chief operating officer, and Mike Davis, director, market development at Ice Futures Europe. Recent efforts by the exchange to change its contracts to reflect the underlying markets it covers will continue, alongside an increased focus on risk management when it comes to markets such as carbon, as well as the use of exchanges and clearing houses in general.
