Mercuria appoints top team following JP Morgan sale

Switzerland-based commodity trading house Mercuria has appointed several JP Morgan émigrés to senior positions since its acquisition of the bank's physical commodities business was completed on October 3. The new hires will all report to Magid Shenouda, Mercuria's global head of trading and a 14-year veteran of Goldman Sachs, who was revealed to be joining the firm earlier this year.
