DME, Enoc launch jet fuel futures

The Dubai Mercantile Exchange (DME) and Emirates National Oil Company (Enoc) subsidiary Enoc Supply & Trading have signed a memorandum of understanding to explore developing the first exchange-traded jet fuel futures contract.

The contract would be traded on the DME, which is currently seeking regulatory approval to be the Middle East's first energy futures exchange, based in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
