Ethanol first for Tullett Prebon
The pioneering deal was brokered by Tullett Prebon’s biofuel desk, which has been working with major market participants to develop a paper market to run in conjunction with, and price against, both biodiesel and ethanol physical quotes.
The Tullett Prebon team brokered its first physical fuel grade ethanol trade in January this year. The desk also brokers physical parcels of biodiesel encompassing the entire range of blends and its constituent components.
