Manning moves to chief compliance officer
Charles Manning has been named as vice-president and chief compliance officer of the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT), the grid operator for Texas.
Manning has 30 years' experience in the electric power industry, most recently as chief compliance officer and senior vice-president for participant and corporate affairs at MEAG Power in Atlanta.
