Shell story complete? Energy multinational Royal Dutch/Shell continues to rebound from recent oil reserve setbacks, and has appointed a fourth managing director. Linda Cook has been poached from the firm’s Calgary-based subsidiary Shell Canada, where she has been president and chief executive for less than a year. She joins three other recently appointed managing directors at the parent company based in the Netherlands. They are Jeroen van der Veer
