New duo joins TFS EnergyH TFS Energy, an inter-dealer broker of over-the-counter physical and derivative products, has hired Philip Clifford to head its US derivatives and physical oil desk. Clifford joins Roberto Aberasturia, who started with TFS Energy in November 2006. Both Clifford and Aberasturia arrived from GFI and report to Mike Anderson in Stamford, Connecticut.
