APX recruits general counsel
APX, an infrastructure provider for US environmental and energy markets, has appointed Gary Guzy to the position of general counsel.
Guzy will direct APX's legal strategy and worldwide regulatory and government affairs programme.
Previously, Guzy served as global practice leader for climate risk and sustainability at Marsh, a global risk-management and insurance brokerage firm.
He has 25 years of environmental and legal experience, including time at the US Environmental Protection Agency from 1998
