New US coal plan will have minimal effect on industry

Higher emissions but little impact on price or demand for CPP replacement

The Affordable Clean Energy (Ace) rule, proposed by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) on August 21, 2018, will give states responsibility for regulating power plant emissions.
