Prices pose challenge for CFTC

With West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude oil and Henry Hub natural gas prices continuing their upward charge in May, the formation of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission's energy markets advisory committee (EMAC) comes as the CFTC is under pressure to review the role of speculators in surging prices.
