UK-based EDF Energy has signed up to energy software firm Lodestar's PricingExpert. Supplying around 5 million customers with gas and electricity, EDF is one of the largest energy companies in the UK, and chose PricingExpert for its "flexibility to adapt to changing market/competitive pressures, and because of Lodestar's understanding of the business," says Helen Fairlamb, pricing manager at EDF Energy.
