EU nations accused of restricting free trade of renewable energy

The complaint raises allegations of closed national support schemes for renewable energy across EU member states specifically Germany, UK, Poland and Sweden.

The challengers want to export wind generated electricity from Finland to the named EU countries but export volumes have been rejected as ineligible due to restrictions within each country.
