Perlman joins energy practice at Bracewell & Giuliani

David Perlman has joined law firm Bracewell & Giuliani as partner in its energy practice. He will be based in the Washington office and will focus on energy-related regulatory and transactional matters. Prior to his appointment, Perlman was chief counsel to Lehman Brothers Commodities business in New York.
