Wilkins new global leader of carbon markets
Ratings agency Standard & Poor's has announced Michael Wilkins as global leader of carbon markets. Wilkins will be responsible for providing independent information and benchmarks for the carbon credits trading market and will liaise with the Standard & Poor's strategy and business development group headed by Peter de Boer in New York.
