New president for Calpine
US power company Calpine has appointed Jack Fusco as president, chief executive officer and a member of the company's board of directors.
Fusco replaces Robert May who has worked as CEO since 2005 and is retiring.
Fusco has 25 years of industry experience and earlier in his career worked for Californian utility Pacific Gas & Electric, global investment bank Goldman Sachs and helped found US independent power producer Orion Power.
He recently worked as chairman and CEO for power generation firm
