Off-take deal targets West coast REC demand

Environmental commodities brokerage Karbone has structured two 20-year renewable energy certificate (REC) off-take agreements between PáTu Wind Farm, a nine megawatt project in Oregon, and environmental commodity trader OneEnergy Renewables and Seattle City Light (SCL), the 10th largest public electric utility in the US, based in Seattle, Washington.
