Canadian power utility selects SoftSmiths

ETPS enables all entities involved in energy delivery transactions to create, verify, approve and manage transactions electronically. The system includes three components: e-Agent, e-Authority and e-Approval, and is designed in compliance with the North American Eletric Reliability Council electronic-tagging specifications.

New Brunswick-based NB Power is the biggest electricity utility in Atlantic Canada, with an installed generating capacity of 3,484 megawatts.
