NASDAQ OMX Commodities "to rival ICE"
Exchange company NASDAQ OMX has closed its acquisition of Nordic exchange Nord Pool's clearing, international derivatives and consulting subsidiaries, creating NASDAQ OMX Commodities.
The regulated exchange Nord Pool ASA, will remain a separate entity while clearing operations and all international products listed on Nord Pool ASA will be accounted for within NASDAQ OMX.
