E.ON details grid and generating capacity divestment plans

German utility giant E.ON has released further details of the planned divestment of its power grid and 4,800MW of generating capacity.

E.ON first announced the move in February, to "offer structural remedies to the European Commission to settle ongoing antitrust cases in the electricity sector."
