Saether new CEO of Nord Pool Spot
Erik Saether has been hired as the new CEO of Nordic physical power market Nord Pool Spot. He will take up the role in July.
Saether has a long career in energy trading and portfolio management, and joins from Swedish utility Vattenfall, where he has played a key role in building up the company's trading business and organisation.
Saether, a Norwegian citizen, has spent the last 13 years working in Sweden, Germany and the US. Before Nord Pool he was head of trading services at Vattenfall, having
