As a Dutchman working in Germany with a Brazilian wife and two children, Peter Terium, CEO of newly created RWE Supply & Trading, knows a thing or two about integration, both culturally and professionally.

His extensive experience of integrating businesses made him first choice to head RWE's newest business unit: a merger of RWE Gas Midstream and RWE Trading, of which Terium was formerly CEO. Its success will hinge on excellent integration. "The challenge is to integrate the different cultures of
