New CEO at Genesis Energy

New Zealand state-owned generator Genesis Energy has appointed Albert Brantley as chief executive to succeed Murray Jackson when he leaves the company in August. Prior to his appointment, Brantley was chief operating officer and chief development officer of Oceanagold, an Australian mining company.

Genesis operates 1,640MW of electricity generation, including New Zealand's largest thermal power station at Huntly.
