APX appoints MD and CFO
Kari Decker has been recruited to the position of managing director at US-based environmental and energy infrastructure provider APX.
Decker will focus on APX's regulatory and government affairs programme, including the Western Climate Initiative (WCI) and California's implementation of its greenhouse gas legislation, known as AB 32.
Decker will report to general counsel Gary Guzy, and joins from international public affairs and communications firm Rose & Kindel, based in Sacramento. Before that
