Power companies slam New England reliability plan

NE-ISO plan is "unreasonable" and "discriminatory", firms say

An emergency plan to ensure New England has sufficient power supplies to make it through the coming winter – the second such plan in as many years – is sparking uproar among electricity companies, which complain the region would be better served by a longer-term fix.
