BlueNext for Marcu
Carbon and environmental exchange BlueNext, jointly owned by NYSE Euronext and Caisse des Depots, has appointed Andrei Marcu as CEO.
Marcu brings over seven years' experience in emissions trading. Prior to joining BlueNext, he served as president and CEO of the International Emissions Trading Association (IETA), a non-profit business organisation created in 1999 to establish a functional framework for trading in greenhouse gas emission reductions.
