New CEO and president for Equator

Carbon credit originator and manager Equator Environmental has appointed Gerrity Lansing as CEO, and Eron Bloomgarden as president of its environmental markets group.

Lansing, who retains her previous role as president, replaces former CEO Jeff Bortniker, who left the company in order to pursue other opportunities.

Bloomgarden previously served as EcoSecurities' US country director and managed the firm's US operations.

He will focus on carbon opportunities related to Equator's US and international
