NGP promotes managing directors
Private equity firm Natural Gas Partners (NGP), has promoted David Hayes and Colin Raymond from principals to managing directors. Hayes joined NGP in 1998 and Raymond in 2005.
Prior to joining NGP in 1998, Hayes was a member of Merrill Lynch's Energy Investment Banking group in Houston, where he focused on M&A transactions in the exploration and production, and pipeline industries. Raymond was a vice-president of Hunt Oil Company where he was responsible for the commercial aspects of the company
