DrKW appoints Holmes and Merrick

Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (DrKW), has announced the appointment of David Holmes and Paul Merrick to its global commodities business.

Holmes joins DrKW as a director, with responsibility for marketing precious metals and investor products in all commodities. Holmes joins DrKW from Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) in London where he was a vice-president, responsible for precious metals sales and trading.

Prior to joining RBC in 2004, Holmes worked for NM Rothschild & Sons Ltd in London as a director
