Russia's OGK-5 offers shares
OGK-5, the Russian wholesale power generation company, is to conduct an offering of its shares in and outside the Russian Federation, making it the first Russian wholesale power generation company to access the equity capital markets.
It is offering up to 5.1 billion new shares, increasing OGK-5's outstanding shares from 30.27 billion to up to 35.37 billion, or 14.4% of its share capital post-offering. RAO UESR, the largest power holding company in Russia, currently holds 87.67% of OGK-5's shares
