Goldman Sachs invests in green trading technology firm
Investment bank Goldman Sachs has taken an equity share of undisclosed value in California-based firm APX, a technology and service provider for environmental and cap-and-trade markets, including renewable energy, energy efficiency and carbon emissions.
Services offered by APX include transaction management, power scheduling, settlements, environmental registries, demand-side management, clearing and energy brokerage.
