UBS commodities co-head quits
The global co-head of UBS' commodities business, Hunter Shively, has resigned after seven months to join start-up hedge fund Sasco Energy Partners, founded by Todd Esse, the founder of Sempra Energy Trading.
Todd Morakis, who was named commodities co-head at the same time as Shively, will take over full responsibility for the bank's commodities business.
UBS suffered heavy losses from the US sub-prime mortgage crisis and has recently announced plans to axe 500 jobs in its investment banking
