Oliver becomes Allegheny's CFO
Kirk Oliver has been appointed senior vice-president and chief financial officer of Allegheny Energy.
Oliver replaces Philip Goulding, who resigned effective October 13 but will oversee the transition until November 7. Oliver previously worked as a senior executive at Hunt Power in Texas.
