Climex launches Euro spot carbon exchange
Climex Alliance, a new pan-European emissions-trading venture, is to launch the first pan-European spot carbon exchange this month. Through its browser-based Climex platform, the Alliance aims to connect customers across Europe via regional portals into a central pool of liquidity.
