Energy trading and risk management software firm Allegro has hired Jarett Janik as chief financial officer. Janik will be responsible for building and managing Allegro's global finance and acccounting organisation.

Previously, Janik was vice-president of audit and compliance and vice-president of global finance at software firm Infor Global Solutions. Prior to Infor, Janik held similar roles at payment service provider Certegy and internet banking provider Netzee.
