Mitsui reshuffles top positions

Japanese trading house Mitsui has announced changes to its senior management. Current executive director Masami Iijima has been promoted to president and chief executive officer. He replaces Shoei Utsuda who will now be chairman and director. Nobuo Ohashi, current chairman and director, is scheduled to retire in June 2009.
