Swedish natural gas marketer Nova Naturgas has appointed Magnus Thysell to the new position of head of its business development department in Stockholm. His main responsibilities are assessing opportunities in the energy trading markets and developing the firm’s activities for the liberalised European and Swedish natural gas market. Before the move, Thysell was based in Amsterdam with US energy firm Mirant, where he was responsible for a variety traded energy markets. Nova owns the main gas grid
