Maik Neubauer has resigned from the management board of the European Commodity Clearing (ECC) and also from his positions as chief risk officer and chief financial officer. He leaves due to differences in opinion about the alignment of ECC and European Energy Exchange (EEX). A replacement has not yet been found.
