Simpkins to join board of Allegro

Patrich Simpkins has been appointed to the board of directors of Dallas-based ETRM software vendor Allegro. Simpkins is currently the managing partner for GPS Capital Partners, a banking advisory firm, and serves in board and advisory positions for several firms spanning energy, cleantech and software.
